SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is a process that uses images and intuition to create a personal deck of collaged cards, wherein each card reflects a different aspect of who you are. It is a fun and simple means of self-expression that is accessible to everyone, regardless of artistic abilities.

Once cards are created, they can be tapped more deeply using journaling, readings, and other activities to expand self-awareness and allow connection with one’s own inner wisdom. This soul-tending practice promotes healing, growth and a greater sense of wholeness and well-being. 

SoulCollage® was developed by Seena B. Frost, M.A., and is used worldwide by over 4,000 trained Facilitators in workshops, classrooms, psychotherapy, and retreats. 

Em Verba, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist who practiced in Madison for over 33 years. Since her retirement, she has become passionate about SoulCollage® which combines her love of art, psychology, and spirituality.
