About the event
Throw out that high fructose corn syrup sour mix and triple sec! In this 21+ class with owner/long time bartender, Emma, you will learn how to make some classic cocktails using the 2:1:1 rule with fresh, simple ingredients. We will go through all the steps for the best margaritas, daiquiris, gimlets, and sidecars, and learn a little bit about each drink. The class includes tastings of all the featured cocktails, and an info sheet.
